ALLSTAR Solutions provide satellite network installation, decommission and relocation services to a major mining company. Satellite communication is required at the mining sites that are either temporary or in remote locations. Such locations include mining sites in outback Queensland and far north Western Australia.
Services provided include:
ALLSTAR responsibilities included the mounting 3G wireless aerials, installation of required cabling, installation of routers and switches, test and commission the site. On occasion ALLSTAR field personnel were also tasked with the installation IT equipment thereby providing a turn-key solution for the client.
ALLSTARs success in delivering this service over a long period can be attributed to a single point of contact and management of service requests, constant access and communication with client personnel and the breadth of coverage provided to the mining company’s dispersed network.
