Working with an ALLSTAR partner, the Windows 7 deployment project involved a combination of SCCM and deskside migrations, hardware upgrades and end user training.
The key sites managed by ALLSTAR included:
ALLSTAR provided Microsoft expertise, Project Management and 99 elapse days of field engineering resources to complete the upgrade.
Allstar delivered this Project on a fixed price basis and successfully delivered the company wide upgrade in accordance with the timelines set by the client.
On occasion it was required to supplement resources due to illness or schedule delays, this was achieved without and degradation to the overall programme.
Due to the nature of the production environment, works were performed both during business hours and outside hours.
